Does Virtual-Shot have ballistic software embedded?

Yes, Virtual-Shot has ballistic software embedded so you can train and practice in a realistic environment with real bullet drop and wind effects.

Does Virtual-Shot include different weather conditions and environmental effects?

Yes, Virtual-Shot enables you to manipulate the wind speed and direction. The wind speed and direction will realistically alter bullet trajectory and will affect range flags and even dust splash that is kicked up from bullet impact on dirt.

How does Virtual-Shot update its software?

All software changes will update on your phone through the app stores. This means that as the sim is improved and expanded you will get easy access to more and more content.

Weapon Mount & Hardware

How does Virtual-Shot mount to my weapon?

Virtual-Shot attaches to the Picatinny rail and we are soon releasing a scope mount and handgun mount. 

Can Virtual-Shot mount to any weapon?

Currently Virtual-Shot can attach to any weapon with a picatinny rail, but we will soon be releasing a scope mount that will attach to all scopes with a 1 inch, 30mm or 34mm inner tube.  We will also soon be releasing our handgun mount, that will enable Virtual-Shot to attach to the bottom accessory rail of a handgun.

Does Virtual-Shot work for left handed firers?

Yes, you can adjust your dominant hand preference in the game settings.

Can I use a tablet with Virtual-Shot?

No, only with a phone.

What type of phone can I use?

The tracking software is quite processor heavy so you will need a modern smartphone manufactured from 2019 onward. It will hold all sizes, but you might have to remove bulky phone cases.


Can I cancel my pre-order?

Yes you can cancel any time before the product ships and receive a full refund within 10 business days.

Can I change my delivery address before delivery?
